The fourth chapter of the Shrek tale introduces a new villain, Rumpelstiltskin who is deliciously evil. In this one, our hero Shrek is going through some kind of mid life crisis where he is absolutely bored with his routine family life and misses the ogre he once was. After his emotional outburst during his triplet's birthday party, Shrek signs a deal with the devious and cunning Rumpelstiltskin to experience becoming a real ogre again for a day.
However, in return, the contract makes Shrek lose more than he bargained for, that is everyone he loves. To break the spell, Shrek to make Fiona fall in love with him all over again!
